Job Positions Available
- Safety Officers (Nebosh, Healthcare Sector Experience): AED 3000 – 4000
- Sr HVAC / HVAC Technicians: AED 1800 – 3000
- BMS Supervisor (Diploma, Minimum 7 Years Experience): AED 1800 – 2000
- Sr Electrician / Electricians: AED 1600 – 2400
- Fire Alarm Technicians: AED 1300 – 1800
- HVAC Installers: AED 1300 – 1700
- Construction Electricians: AED 1300 – 1700
- MEP Assistants / Assistant Technicians: AED 1300 – 1700
- Plumbers (Metriculation / ITI): AED 1200 – 1900
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Requirements: Vary by position (e.g., Nebosh certification for Safety Officers, Diploma for BMS Supervisors, Metriculation/ITI for Plumbers).
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management is required.
- Industry-Specific Experience: Relevant experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred for certain positions.
